Earth Bound Yoga - Virtual Yoga Project

Earth classes focus on the sense of being rooted on the ground with stabilizing energy through the combination of a variety of traditions. The Hatha Yoga tradition encourages an investigation of the relationship between body and gravity with standing and balancing postures. The postures are practiced at a slow and efficient pace to develop awareness of poise and alignment in stillness or movement. The Yin Yoga tradition includes postures that are practiced closer to the ground. These postures are held longer to lengthen, broaden, and unwind fascia and thereby potentially increase flexibility and range of motion throughout the body.

Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace via our livestream classes. Sign up at least thirty minutes before the session, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If the live class does not match your schedule, the classes are recorded so that you may practice them at a later time too. Send a request for a recorded class to datza@datzastudios.com and they will be available for up to two days post-session. At the beginning of each class, we will share a suggested playlist in the chat box to make your experience at home enjoyable.
