Moving Meditation - Virtual Yoga Project

Moving Meditation is an energizing vinyasa practice. Through synchronized and repetitive motion, breath and body integrate together to clear the mind and restore peace. In this class, we encourage you to challenge yourself and focus on the incredible ability of your body: growth through motion.

Join us for LIVESTREAM classes from the comfort of your home and/ or workspace! Sign up at least 30 min before the session and Zoom link to live class will be emailed to you. Suggested playlist will appear in the chat box at the beginning of the class. If you can't make this time, the class is recorded and you can practice it later (please send us a request for recorded class to datza@datzastudios.com, 48 hour access).
