Yoga for Teens - Complimentary Introduction to Yoga

Join us for complimentary introduction to Yoga. This class is specifically developed for youth ages 13+. Amy will guide you through various poses and breathing practices. We will learn ways to manage stress in a fun, non-competitive, inclusive environment.

Amy Masterson teaches Physio Toning and Moving Meditation at Datza Studio. She is the mother of two daughters (11 and 14) and is excited about teaching yoga to teens. This class with be a great introduction to break down yoga postures and dig deep into the benefits of breath and movement.
