Strong & Fluid - Virtual Yoga

This class seeks to balance muscular integrity and healthy mobility. Not too tight, not too loose. Class may include movements from many vocabularies: yoga, strength training, Feldenkreis, Pilates; all taught in an accessible way that invites personal exploration. All bodies and ages are welcome.


Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace via our livestream classes. Sign up at least thirty minutes before the session, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If you don't have livestream link in your inbox 5-10min before the start, please check all folders (spam, promo etc.).
