Candlelight Restorative Yoga - Virtual Yoga

Restorative yoga is focused on nervous system support and deep rest. It is a receptive practice in which you build a “nest” and recline throughout the experience, completely supported by props, allowing you to release into subtle postures.

Postures (usually 3-4 per class) are held anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Explore the energetic union of breath and long-held passive asana. Come as you are. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.


Join us virtually via livestream!
Livestream students: Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace – even in your pj’s! Register at least 30 minutes before class start time; a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If you don't have livestream link in your inbox 5-10min before the start, please check all folders (spam, promo etc.).

Please note: if you are attending via livestream, be prepared to gather lots of props for your “nest”: several blankets, bolsters or cushions, blocks, chair, strap, etc. Ideas for prop alternatives can be found on Nicole’s website.
